We provide a lifetime guarantee on all our products which have a guarantee clearly applied to them, this will be made clear on order. If you believe you are eligible to claim on your guarantee, please contact us via email.

 

The guarantee does not cover general wear, this is covered by our reconditioning service, see below for more information.

 

We will not provide a guarantee for damages, losses, misuse, or carelessness.

 

All our knives must be washed by hand only. Washing in any other way will void the products guarantee.

 

The guarantee does not cover damage by the buyer or a third party on repairs or improvements.

 

Our kitchen knives are built for food preparation only. Each knife has its own purpose within food preparation, any use outside of its purpose will be deemed as misuse.

 

Our table knives are built for food consumption only. Any use outside this purpose will be deemed as misuse.

 

The rest of our products are built for purpose, any use outside of this will be deemed as misuse and void the guarantee.

 

Products put to hard use for extended periods will eventually reach the end of their service life, these should be retired from use and replaced.
