Silver Fox 100, better known in Sheffield as SF100. It is what's known as a fine-grained high carbon stainless steel, meaning the edge gets extremely sharp but also stays so and does not misalign easily. The stainless steel element allows it to be corrosion resist and keeps its shine to extended periods of time.
This steel is made from 95% recycled scrap, making it one of the highest rated steels in the sustainability index.
