Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

We are committed to delivering high quality products, all made to the highest possible standard.

Each product advertised or sold have been through a rigorous approval and quality checking process, to ensure it is to the highest standard.

All our products are handmade, which may mean there are small imperfections in the final product, this will not affect the quality of the product (we think it adds to its character).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you when we have received your returned item. The product will then be inspected and we will email you to let you know if your refund has been approved.

If the item is eligible for a refund, then your refund will be processed. The original amount, minus shipping, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This will take 3-5 days, this is subject to different transaction times, based on the allocated payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, ensure your are checking the correct payment method.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@foak.co.uk.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on delivery.

 

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@foak.co.uk and send your item to: W2/422 Woodend Mill Two, Manchester Road, Mossley, OL5 9RR.

Shipping returns

Please email hello@foak.co.uk to register your return, then you should mail your product to: W2/422 Woodend Mill Two, Manchester Road, Mossley, OL5 9RR.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
